One year full warranty

We at SOUL ELEMENTS Studio make every effort and are committed to the quality of the jewelry, but of course there may be a situation where there is a manufacturing defect in the jewelry sent to you.

The warranty is for any defect resulting from a manufacturing defect in the jewelry that is discovered during reasonable use of the product. (Please see jewelry care instructions). The warranty includes cleaning, reassembling parts, and re-blackening the engraving or design. The warranty does not include cases of scratches, coating defects, breakage, tearing, gemstone defects, blows, "rubs," or loss of the jewelry. In these cases, you can contact customer service to receive a quote for repair or replacement.

In order to exercise the warranty, we ask you to contact our customer service by email: nati@soulelements.co.il with a receipt or order number, full name, telephone number, address for returning the jewelry and a description of the defect - and we will contact you. We ask you to send the jewelry to us by registered mail (at the customer's expense) to the following address:

We undertake to repair the jewelry during the warranty period up to 20 working days from the date of its

return to the studio. The jewelry will be sent back to you by registered mail.
