Most of the bracelets listed on the site are already waiting for you, ready in stock and shipped to you within 1-3 business days of placing your order. These are bracelets that have been pre-made, with love, and are just waiting to find the right hand.

There are bracelets that are created especially for you, custom-made and personalized, such as bracelets made to measure for a wrist size that is not available in stock. In such cases, the preparation and delivery time is 3-10 business days from the date of order, usually it happens much faster.

Deliveries

• Delivery to a pickup point close to your home with a tracking number - the shipping cost is 25 NIS, convenient for pickup and at a time that suits you. In most cases, the order arrives within 3-7 business days.

• Delivery by courier to your home, the shipping cost is 45 NIS, for those who prefer to receive it at your door, estimated arrival time 3-5 business days.

• Orders over 350 NIS include free home delivery by courier.

• Possibility of self-pickup from my studio in Moshav Shaal, free of charge, just inform me in advance so we can coordinate at ease, Nati 054-6700935

• All of our bracelets come wrapped in a designed box and are ready to be given as a gift for any occasion. If you would like to add a greeting card with a special personal dedication or a blank one, simply state your request in the "Order Notes".

• You can exchange or receive a refund up to 14 days from receipt of the jewelry, subject to the site's regulations .

• Storage: please keep your jewelry in a dry, shady place, preferably in a cloth bag (you get one from us!). If you are not wearing a piece of jewelry for a long period of time, store it separately from others to prevent scratches.
• Before showering, swimming pools, exercising or sleeping, it is best to remove the jewelry. Please avoid contact with chemicals such as chlorine, bleach and perfume.
• Clean your jewelry gently with a soft, damp cloth. This will keep it clean and shiny.
• Stretchy bracelets - To maintain the flexibility of the elastic thread, it is recommended to "roll" the bracelets off your hand when removing them.
