Want to exchange or return the jewelry?

Contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

The jewelry must be in new condition, in its original packaging with the label. Send it to us with receipt. Choose whether to receive a new piece of jewelry or a refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are entitled to one exchange. Products received as gifts are subject to different terms.

How it works:

• Send the jewelry to us by registered mail to the address: Nati Mosley, P.O. Box 4, Moshav Shael 1242000.
• Attach your receipt or order number. This will help us process your request quickly.
• After we receive the jewelry, we will check that it meets the exchange or return conditions, and we will inform you if the jewelry has been approved for exchange or refund.
• In the case of an exchange - you will receive a new piece of jewelry to the address you specified and add an additional 10 shekels for shipping the new piece of jewelry, and in the case of a refund - the money will be returned to you in the same way you paid.
